REQUIREMENTS
• Must be self-motivated and eager to learn from Supervisor and co workers.
• Must be able to complete data entry tasks using Microsoft software.
• Advanced level of oral communication required for customer contact.
• Ability to browse the Internet and use of MS Outlook email is essential.
• Must be dedicated to self study in order to meet the job requirements and to better yourself for future growth.

PRIMARY DUTIES
• Coordinate all service requirements for large clients as delegated.
• Receive customer requests for service and repair of hardware.
• Contact customers to explain our services and request equipment for preventative maintenance.
• Schedule service in cooperation with customers and arrange all shipping details.
• Ensure complete and accurate communication with TES management, Customers, and their agents.
• Maintain any necessary paper work and database information for complete service tracking.
• Process finished goods Orders as directed by OEM.
• Must be proactive in suggesting solutions to customer issues.
• Backup for other client functions as required, e.g. Inventory management, etc.
• Ordering of parts and supplies as required.
• Help generate ideas and plans for business expansion and diversification.
• Keep safety awareness in mind and follow all safety rules for the benefit of yourself and co-workers.

GENERAL
• As required, answer phone calls, communicate with customers, etc.
• Must be willing to accept miscellaneous duties as required to help ensure TES efficiency and profitability.
• Help maintain shop, (cleaning, equipment maintenance, restructuring).
                o Cleaning and general maintenance of shop/office equipment.
                o Assist in physical restructuring/organizing of shop.
                o Assist in collection and removal of garbage and recycling.
                o Be courteous to coworkers and customers by maintaining clean and hygienic washrooms.
